Internal Tools
You've probably answered this somewhere before, but what tools do you use to communicate among the team? Chat rooms, issue tracking, asset management...

We use IRC for chatting, which allows us to keep logs so folks can take a look if they missed anything.
At this time, we're using Perforce for asset management, which seems to work very well. It integrates with the Unreal engine quite smoothly, making that process a lot easier.
Aaaand, we use Google hangout for our all hands meetings. Oh and Trello to manage the project. Who's doing what, progress shots, etc.
