Currently, no. The project is intended to be a closed-source release, with no modding platform planned. Sorry :(

It was part of the original plan for the project to allow multiplayer (as it was originally an expansion pack for Uru), but since leaving Uru we also left the multiplayer plans behind. Realistically, I can't see us ever implementing multiplayer, unfortunately.
